 Home Up

These photos are of the Moss Beach Ranch Truck on a cattle run to Patterson, CA.

The following photos are from a Winter 2004-5 trip to McArthur, California.

This is the barn where we buy the grass hay that is fed at Moss Beach Ranch.

We buy the entire first cutting each June and keep it in the barns pictured here.

Only thing we have to do is go pick it up every 28 days.

McArthur is 300 miles north and east of Moss Beach, takes 7 hours to drive it in an 18 wheel truck.

These photos are from a January, 2003 trip to Dorris, California to pick up a load of shavings.  Dorris is just south of the Oregon boarder, up around 5000 feet.  It is a seven hour drive from Moss Beach Ranch where the temperature on January 16 was in the upper 60's.  In Dorris, the temperature was in the 20's while our truck was being loaded for the return trip.
